Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has spoken about cyber attacks in Albania.

Karamuç emphasizes that the data that came out from the hackers is a very serious and existential damage to Albania, while underlining that no measures have been taken for this and the hackers continue to do their work.

"I don't know if any measures have been taken for those who came out. They continue to work. It is a very serious, existential damage", said Karamuço.

Among other things, Karamuço, invited to ABC nea's studio this morning, says that one should not lie about cyber attacks, saying that there is no harm, but transparency should be done by the authorities.

According to him, the only optimism is that Albania has its partners by its side and is a member of NATO.  

" You shouldn't lie, be transparent, don't say there's no harm. After a week, the hacker decrypts you. As happened to us with the Daily Mail, which says that they are revealing the secret discussions. Optimism is that we are on the side of our partners, NATO", said Karamuço./ CNA.al
