Gjykata e Sarandës ka lënë të lirë 34-vjeçarin Geart Çoçka, duke e përcaktuar arrestimin e tij të paligjshëm.
Seanca është mbajtur ditën e premte, ku Çoçka është përballur me akuzën për plagosjen e 45-vjeçarit Armando Bajrami, i cili nga goditjet me armë të ftohtë, kishte marrë plagë në fytyrë dhe në nofull.
Mediat raportojnë se arma e përdorur nga 34-vjeçari dyshohet të jetë përdorur edhe për ngjarje të tjera për të cilat vijojnë kërkimet.
Edhe pse mbi 34-vjeçarin rëndojnë d yakuza për plagosja, prokurorja Basho, e ka lënë të lirë Çoçkën, por gjithashtu e ka konsideruar arrestimin e tij sit ë paligjshëm.
