Today, hearings are expected to start in the Supreme Court for the recourse that Sali Berisha's Democratic Party has filed for the decision of March 3, on the issue of the logo and seal of the Democratic Party.  

The session will start at 09:00 and the case will be examined by judges Artur Kalaja, Ervin Pule and Dariel Sina.

We remind you that the Court of Appeal overturned the decision of Agron Zhukri, who recognized the Assembly of Berisha.

The Appellate panel, composed of relator Elona Mihali and members Astrit Kalaja and Irida Kacerja, overturned the decision made on March 25, 2022.

Also today, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and members of the opposition will protest in front of this Court while the hearing is being held./ CNA
