Genc Gjokutaj, the lawyer of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, gave details of the session that took place today at the GJKKO against the head of the DP for tightening the security measure. 

The lawyer underlined that during the session they requested the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka and submitted their request to the court secretariat. 

He emphasized that the prosecutors have requested that after the security measure "house arrest" is given to Berisha, there should also be police surveillance of the latter. 

"At the beginning of the session, they asked the judge to resign. She did not say yes or no. Earlier, we had submitted to the secretary all the requests for her dismissal with facts. We asked a series of questions, where they pretended to answer but they didn't give, the prosecutors. The court decided to adjourn until tomorrow at 11:00. The change of the security measure in the detention center, police supervision was requested by the prosecutors. This is against the law. Police supervision is imposed on dangerous persons, but this is not can be compared with the case of Mr. Berisha", said Gjokutaj.
