The case of the DP/ The Supreme Court rejects the statement of the German MP

The Supreme Court overturned the statement of the German deputy Gunther Krichbaum a few days ago who said that there is a final decision on the issue of the leadership of the Democratic Party.

The Supreme Court has denied such a thing through a reaction to the media.

This case, due to the object it has, "Recourse (Cancellation of Retrial)" is included in the cases for which the court is invested with an accelerated procedure.
