"Berisha" case/ Braho, advice to the opposition: If you claim that

SPAK leader Klodjan Braho has faced questions from the opposition about why there is still a security measure against DP leader Sali Berisha, while for other people accused of more serious crimes, the measures are changed, and they are even released.

Braho did not comment on the issue, while addressing the opposition with advice that if they claim that any of their rights have been violated, they can go to court, and if the court does not decide according to their expectations, they can appeal to higher courts.

"The comment I can make is that for any alleged violated right, the interested party must go to court. If the court does not decide according to the expectations of the request, the only legal remedy is to appeal to higher courts," said Braho./ CNA
