The session for Arbër Paplekaj has ended. The prosecutor's office has announced that it needs more time to examine the requests of the lawyers. 

Paplekaj requested a re-investigation of the file and the review of some acts of expertise. 

It was announced that the court decision will be presented on Monday at 12:45. 

We recall that on April 25, 2021, Pjarin Xhuvani was killed, after a gunfight in the "5 Maji" neighborhood in Elbasan. 

Xhuvani mbeti i pajetë, ndërkohë që u plagosën edhe 3 persona të tjerë, të cilët ishin efektivë policie. I akuzuar për vrasjen është ish-efektivi i RENEA-s Arbër Paplekja, i cili dyshohet se ka qëlluar me armë ndaj Xhuvanit gjatë shkëmbimit të zjarrit./CNA.al
