Abuse of funds for agriculture/ Denaj: You are using it politically

Minister of Agriculture Anila Denaj

The Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj, spoke today in the Parliament about the accusations of abuse of EU funds for agriculture, an interpellation requested by the deputy Agron Shehaj.

Denaj said that there is still much to do and that the issue is being used for political purposes.

The minister said that the issue has a high sensitivity and should be treated as such.

"I and the team have worked and received evaluations.

We have a lot of work to do. We have not gone out to do politics with this report, but we have put our heads down to work.

We have not chosen to engage in political discourse, but we are not afraid of political discourse. IPARD 3 is not opened.
