President Bajram Begaj has expressed his condolences near the Turkish embassy in Tirana, for the lives lost by the devastating earthquake that happened two days ago in Turkey.

Through a message, Begaj writes that the Albanian people pray for a speedy physical and spiritual recovery for each family affected by the tragedy.

" Today I expressed my condolences to the Embassy of Turkey, for the devastating earthquake of February 6, 2023.

The Albanian people, as well as I, find it difficult to find the right words to console the brotherly Turkish people and calm the hearts of the families of the survivors.

We pray for a speedy physical and spiritual recovery of each family affected by this tragedy", writes Begaj./ CNA.al
