Ambassador Terhi Hakala, Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, will visit Albania.
The visit will take place from November 24 to 26, where he will meet with senior officials.
The published announcement states that the purpose of the visit is to strengthen the OSCE partnership with Albania and Southeast Europe.

The Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Terhi Hakala, will visit Tirana from 24 to 26 November to meet with senior officials, representatives of the international community and youth civil society organizations.
The purpose of the visit is to further strengthen the OSCE partnership with Albania and Southeastern Europe.
During the visit, Special Envoy Hakala will open the regional conference on gender-based violence online, as well as the conference on the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act.
During the visit, Special Envoy Hakala will also cooperate with the OSCE Presence in Albania.
