Today, the parliamentary session discussed the Draft Law "On the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, and KFË Frankfurt am Main (KfË), for the financing of the project "Green Transport of Tirana".

This bill has ignited a debate between MP Jorida Tabaku and MP Blerina Gjylameti.

Tabaku has raised the question of what happened to the 50 million euros of the agreement in 2021, while also mentioning the fact that the director of Transport Enton Punavija is on trial for tender abuse.
