Rama: Representatives of the German embassy drive without seat belts in Tirana

Prime Minister Edi Rama made a strong statement in a panel where "The European Perspective of the Western Balkans" was discussed.

While describing the corruption, Rama stopped at the use of the seat belt. The head of the government stated that in Tirana he saw representatives of the German embassy driving without seat belts.

"Albanians were not comfortable wearing seat belts, but Albanians who came to Germany and lived in Germany did not even think of driving without a seat belt. I saw members of the German embassy giving the car without a seat belt in Tirana, which means that it has nothing to do with the people, but with the system, with the institutions, it has to do with the legal environment", he emphasized./ CNA
