DENUNCIATION: Veliaj has paid 829 million ALL to Zoto and Mërtiri in 2023

Journalist Aranita Brahaj denounces in a post on social networks that the Concession Company "Integrated Energy BV SPV", of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir with the construction of the Landfill, (the incinerator in the place of the existing deposits in Tirana) is the third customer in the ranking according to the values ??paid by Municipality for 2023.

The journalist emphasizes that during 2023, "Integrated Energy BV SPV" received 829 million ALL. 

Meanwhile, others have received large sums of money from Tirana Municipality for 2023: Albanian Post, Erzeni, Rafin Company, Eco Tirana, Pepa Group, ZMA Concession Society

The journalist clarifies that the Municipality of Tirana has carried out 5,911 transactions with a total value of 20.4 billion ALL during this year, mainly for the expenditure category of works, disability payments and operational materials and services./ CNA
