The "5D" affair and the Tirana incinerator/ Kelliçi: Either Veliaj falls, or SPAK falls

The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, in his speech during the protest in front of the town hall, stated that Erion Veliaj is the biggest thief in the country.

Kelliç informed that he has filed another complaint against him in SPAK for his connections with "Ndraghta".

Kelliçi called on SPAK to investigate Veliaj and take him as a defendant since he has all the facts that implicate him in front of him.

We have 130 million euros stolen for the Tirana incinerator, we have 60 million euros stolen from the land affair and we have over 30 million euros stolen by the thieving directors through tenders.

Kelliç emphasized that in this case SPAK must do the work. Or Veliaj must fall, otherwise it is proven that the Justice Reform has fallen./ CNA
