Protest in front of Tirana City Hall/ Telit's call to the police

The member of the Municipal Council of Tirana, Dorian Teliti, present today at the protest taking place in front of this institution, said that Veliaj should immediately resign. 

He called on the police to distance themselves from acts of violence and not to protect corrupt officials. 

"This building has defiled national interests. We have a corrupt mayor. We are getting the resignation of Erion Veliaj. Today Rama took a few steps back, today he distanced himself from him, he spoke about thieves, abusers of the law, this was achieved thanks to your persistence We will never agree with the corrupt directors. They should apologize to the Albanians. Remove the chains from the city hall are here in the square and are demanding Veliaj's resignation", said Teliti./ CNA
