The legal representative of the Democratic Party, Ivi Kaso, has requested the review of the vetting decision for judge Irena Gjoka, as well as requesting from the Supreme Court of Justice her suspension from office until her reassessment, after the scandal that the Greek media published that the judge was declared non grata for forgery. of official documents. 

He also stated to the media that PD is preparing a lawsuit against judge Irena Gjoka and will soon submit it to SPAK.
