Elia Zaharia and Prince Leka

The court's decision on the dissolution of the marriage of Elia Zaharia and Prince Leka is clarified. According to the decision, the request for divorce came for 3 reasons, which are the lack of communication, constant conflicts and the interruption of cohabitation. 

Reasons which have been accepted by both the actress Zaharia and Leka, finally rejecting the hints that betrayal was the cause.

It is learned that Elia will live in a 257 m2 apartment in the center of Tirana that Leka has given to her daughter, Geraldine, as long as she (Elia) does not have a partner. 

In the same way, other service facilities in the building that is being built behind the former Dajti hotel have also benefited.

Meanwhile, the little girl Gerladina will live with her mother in the Royal Palace until the apartment is ready. Leka Zogu and his daughter can meet every day. The girl will live in the same apartment with her mother, who will take care of her growth and education. 

According to the agreement, Leka Zogu will pay 1,000 euros monthly as alimony towards her daughter Geraldina. 

Also in this decision, it is determined that Elia will no longer bear the surname Zogu, but will return to her maiden name, Zaharia.

In March, Prince Leka and Elia Zaharia were involved in an unusual event. They sued each other for violence. The situation took on the proportions of a serious event when footage of the violence inside the Royal Palace was published.
