The Director of Security at ANA warns of other cyber attacks

The Director of Security at AKSHI, Enis Ylli, has spoken about the cyber attacks that our country has recently faced. In a television appearance on A2 CNN, Ylli emphasized that there will be other cyber attacks in the future, after two attacks, that of E-Albania and the TIMS system.

According to him, the purpose of hackers is to destabilize the country.

"We must know that we must remain alert. It is not only the banking sector but also the electoral system, energy and everything that affects us in our daily life that the goal is to create instability in the country. This is a war that will continue, we have to get used to its existence".

“Që të kuptohet rëndësia e sulmeve kibernetike që është lufta e shekullit 21. Ne kemi kërkuar vazhdimisht dhe jemi mbështetur. Ajo që duhet investuar është pjesa e monitorimit. 7 miliardë dollarë ka investuar Irani në hakerim, Shqipëria e ka buxhetin sa gjysma e kësaj shume.

Ne po bëjmë analizim të situatës për t’ju përgjigjur në përpjestim të drejtë riskut. Deri në këto momente siguria që kemi vendosur është në përpjestim me riskun tonë, nëse ky risk do të rritet do të kërkojë analizim dhe fokusim më të madh në sigurinë kibernetike të Shqipërisë”.

As for the sale of TIMS data, Ylli emphasized that there is some kind of skepticism about their purchase, since according to him the cost is low compared to the value that these data are claimed to have.

"We have not tried to buy them and we are skeptical about the data they claim to have, that the very fact that this data in that amount and price may not be true and studying the data this cost for the data they have is very low. Why is this required? It is to create instability and concern in the population".
