'Sterilization' case/ Lawyers are missing, here's when the next hearing will be held

The Special Prosecution Office was unable to read the final conclusions today for the defendants in the "Sterilization" case. Nine people are defendants in this case, including former Minister of Health Ilir Beqja.

The reason for the impossibility of today's session was the absence of two lawyers.

The next session, where the prosecution's final conclusions are expected to be given, was scheduled for June 25, at 1:00 PM.

In the previous session, the Special Court decided to divide the case file. Following this decision by the Special Court, the defendants will be tried in a summary trial, except for Ilir Beqaj.

With summary judgment are: Klodian Rrjepaj, Ilir Rrapaj, Matilda Serjani, Samir Kadiu, Petraq Mersini, Arben Gjata, Genci Byrazeri, Naila Ajazi. /CNA
