Journalist Juljan Hoxhaj said today that the construction of towers in the middle of the capital has been an ambition of Prime Minister Edi Rama since he was mayor of Tirana.

Invited to 'Syri TV', during a television segment, Hoxhaj stated that the acceleration of the real estate bubble and the rapid development of construction in Tirana is causing the capital city to lose its identity.
