The "Inside Story" show on Top Channel this evening published details from the investigative file on the AKSHI affair.

In the materials published by the show, it is stated that from the investigations, former number 2 of AKSHI, Daniel Shima, has been revealed as the key person for a transaction regarding an apartment on Kavaja Street.

Apartment which is on the list of assets that were seized from the former director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj.

Regarding the seized apartment on Kavaja Street, the investigative file states that in 2017 this property was purchased by citizen Rafael Bistri, while in 2018 this citizen sold this property to citizen Enxhi Shima, who turns out to be the sister of former number 2 of ASKHI, Daniel Shima.

Subsequently, for this property, Daniel Shimë's sister entered into a purchase and sale contract with citizen Gjenovefa Karçanaj, mother of the former director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj.

The seizure document highlights a scheme, one that has been previously denounced. Daniel Shima is revealed as the key person for a transaction related to an apartment on Kavaja Street, seized from Mirlinda Karçanaj.

"From the analysis of the documentation cited above, it is documented that on March 7, 2017, citizen Rafael Bistri borrowed the amount of 80,000 euros from Erisa Malenllari and Andis Papa, and on March 8, 2017, he signed the contract for the sale of real estate, property which it turns out that this citizen sold about 1 year later to citizen Enxhi Shima, (sister of citizen Daniel Shima). Further, from the chronological analysis of the actions carried out on this property, it turns out that citizen Enxhi Shima entered into a sales contract with the buyer, Gjenovefa Ilia Karçanaj," the file states.
