"Partizani" file/ Today 8 people testify in the GJKKO, the first being

Today at 12:30, the next hearing on the case known as the "Partizani" file is expected to take place at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, where the defendants are former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi and others involved in the investigation.

The issue is related to the privatization of the "Partizani" multi-sports complex.

SPAK has requested the summons of 11 witnesses, while 8 of them are expected to testify in today's session.

Among the witnesses is also the Socialist Party MP, head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, in his capacity as the prosecutor of the case.

The list also includes former managers and officials of the former "Partizani" club, who are expected to give testimony on the property transfer procedures, such as Albert Xhani, Paro Laçi, Bujar Labinoti, Afrim Tole and Isa Tare.

The hearing is expected to focus on their testimonies and further consideration of the evidence presented by the parties.

Earlier, the GJKKO accepted that Prime Minister Edi Rama be called as a witness in the case./ CNA
