The 5D/SPAK case demands 39 years in prison for officials

SPAK has requested 39 years in prison for the 7 officials involved in the "5D" corruption scheme.

The Special Prosecution Office has requested:

11 years in prison for Redi Molla

9 years in prison for Mariglen Qato

4 years in prison for Taulant Tu?en

3 years in prison for Enton Punavija

2 years in prison for Albano Janku

7 years in prison for Nestor Muhametllari

3 years in prison for Julian Zanaj.

From the investigations, SPAK has determined that Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato are the true partners and "de facto" owners of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk.

Molla and Qato owned this commercial company indirectly, using other persons, citizens EM, MP and NM, as fictitious partners in the company's registration and operation acts.

The two directors of Veliaj had social and friendly ties with the fictitious partners./ CNA
