Minister Belinda Balluku has announced through a post on social networks that after the meeting of the Council of Ministers, they materialized the decision, which obliges every public institution in the country to reduce monthly energy consumption by 15%.
"Saving starts from oneself. At this week's meeting of the Council of Ministers, we materialized the decision that obliges every public institution in the country to reduce by 15% the monthly energy consumption. Each institution will charge an employee with the task of energy administrator to took care of saving ?energy and there will be penalties for any institution manager who does not reach this target. We also approved the decision to pass the fund for the program to subsidize every family subscriber who will install solar panels for water heating. Yes we do everything we can to ease the effects of the energy crisis as much as possible." - writes Minister Balluku.
