Luxury cars, villa, land/ Who is the billionaire in Elbasan whose property was

3.5 million euros of property was seized in Elbasan.

The property belongs to 46-year-old Albert Topuzi and his family members, Bashkim Topuzi and Gentjan Topuzi.

Albert Topuzi is suspected of the criminal offense of "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activities", as he was previously arrested in Italy, for the criminal offense of "Exploiting prostitution", under aggravating circumstances.

Pursuant to the court's decision, it became possible to seize various assets, worth about 3.5 million euros.

Pasuria nr.429/11 vol 19 faqe 92, ZK 8526 e llojit truall që disponohet nga shtetasi A.T;

Pasuria nr. 4/611+1-29 vol 23 faqe 20, Zk 8524, sipërfaqe 109 m2, vlera 5,354,080 lekë përfituar me kontratë shitblerje në datë 22.08.2012;

Pasuria 22/23 ZK 8526, godinë banimi 1 kat, përfituar me leje legalizimi në vitin 2013;

Pasuria nr.429/13 vol 19 faqe 94, ZK 8526 e llojit truall që disponohet nga shtetasi G.T;

Property no. 5/289 ZK 8524, building type 3 floors + basement + basement, with an area of ??241.8 m2 of land, from this building: ground floor with roof 153.8 m2, basement floor with roof 151.4 m2, first floor ground floor 164.5 m2, second floor floor 164.5 m2, ground floor. of the basement 140+24.1 m2;

Property no. 5/149+1-21, vol 6 pages, 136 ZK 8524 of the apartment type in co-ownership between Gentjan Topuzi and Albert Topuzi, benefited from the privatization available from the citizen Bashkim Topuzi;

Vehicles with license plates AA 3.. CD, AV 2.., AA 1.. YN, AA 4.. DA owned by citizen Bashkim Topuzi and the vehicle with license plate AA 6.. RM owned by citizen Gentjan Topuzi.
