Former prosecutor Eugen Beci spoke this evening regarding the largest files being investigated by SPAK, including the AKSHI affair.
Beci stated on the "Opinion" show that the penalties for the charges raised in the ANA file are very high, while adding that 5 years in prison are added for each criminal offense.
"For this, there are very large sentences, 4-12 years in prison. For each criminal offense you are convicted of, an additional 5 years are added. Not all of these charges are for one person. Corruption of officials has not yet been filed as a charge. When there are more than 3 people and we commit many criminal offenses, charges are filed as a criminal group. Every employee of the Commissions that prepare tenders can no longer come out and say, "the boss told me, the responsibility is individual", said Beci. /CNA
