Incident in Durrës, facade of building collapses, falls on parked vehicle

An incident was recorded this Monday in Durrës, where the facade of a building suddenly detached and fell onto the street.

The incident occurred in neighborhood no. 4, near the Train Station.

As a result of the collapse of the facade, a vehicle parked underneath the building was damaged.

After being alerted, firefighters and police arrived at the scene, secured the area and restricted movement to avoid the risk of further possible falls.

It is suspected that the depreciation of the building and the degradation of the facade have led to its collapse, while experts are expected to conduct inspections to determine the condition of the building and the measures that will be taken further./ CNA
