From one position to another/ The director of AKU Tirana resigns

The Director of the National Food Authority of Tirana, Ersid Hasesallari, has been removed from his post. It is reported that he has taken a new position at the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection, as Director of the Environment.

His departure comes after the food poisoning of 52 students at the Security Academy, and it is not known whether this move is related to this event. 

Even if the poisoning of students is the reason for the removal from this position, the immediate appointment to another leadership position is not a measure to hold those connected to the event accountable. 

Meanwhile, it is not yet known who will replace Hasesallari in the position of director of AKU Tirana. /CNA
