Dëgjesa me qytetarët në Lezhë për “Territorialen”/ Mazniku: 90% e çështjeve lidhen me bashkitë

Bashkëkryetari i Komisionit për Reformën Territoriale, Arbjan Mazniku gjatë dëgjesës së parë me qytetarët të zhvilluar sot në qytetin e Lezhës, ka deklaruar se 90% e çështjeve që prekin ekonominë lidhet me qeverisjen vendore.

“Rreth 90% e çështjeve lidhen me bashkinë. A i kanë bashkitë të gjitha kompetencat? A i kanë mundësitë financiare? Si qëndron raporti mes të ardhurave që mbledhin vetë dhe atyre që marrin nga qeveria? A kanë burime të mjaftueshme teknike për të ofruar shërbimet e tyre?”, u shpreh Mazniku.

Nga ana tjetër bashkëkryetari Komisionit për Reformën Territoriale nga PD, Luçiano Boçi kundërshtoi synimin e PS për uljen e numrit të bashkive.

Ai po ashtu e quajti të dështuar reformën territoriale të vitit 2024./ CNA
