Democratic Party MP Eno Bozdo stated at a hearing in the Economy Committee that the agricultural sector suffers from deep systemic problems. He said that all reports from associations and interest groups to the Committee are a reflection of very serious problems.
"As far as I have followed the agricultural sector, it suffers from very deep systemic problems. All that is reported here by the Interest Groups are very strong problems in the way we treat the agricultural sector. I do not believe that such a session will be exhaustive. It would be better if we received the information separately from each association.
"I consider this session as a reflection of the problem. We need a concrete work agenda and call all interest groups starting from January 2026. From the beginning of the year, we should hold sessions dedicated to the agricultural sector and discuss where the problem lies ," said Bozdo. /CNA
