The vice-president of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, spoke today in the floor of the Assembly about the affair of the incinerators, singling out that of Elbasan.

He has denounced the fact that the ashes of the waste are distributed in the landfill but also thrown into the river Shkumbin.

Among other things, he states that this incinerator does not work because of corruption.

" This is an environmental and human crime. The funny thing is that not only do these graces exist and are distributed in the landfill, but these graces are thrown into the Shkumbin river.

An ash employee works in the incinerator, you have a contract. Those people have only been contaminated and have endangered their lives as well as other residents.

That incinerator does not work because of corruption. I wish it never worked.
