Berisha: Rama's battle with the floors is a license for drug traffickers

The democratic leader, Sali Berisha, said in Shkodër that Edi Rama is also giving concessions to the police.

The traffickers have the floors of the buildings as their main shopping. They don't buy apartments, they buy floors.
