Kelliçi took the case of businessman Armand Lilo, whom he says has benefited from professional treatment repeatedly.

He has built in the middle of Tirana without a permit and has been allowed to deposit soil free of charge in the Sharra landfill.

"On Wednesday, we discovered through a series of communications how Erion Veliaj favors his builder friends in the corrupt business of land disposal, where businessmen who have built 7 floors without permission in the middle of Tirana, in Skënderbej Square, are not only not penalized , but they are even further favored by allowing them to deposit the soils without any payment in the Sharra landfill. One of the mayor's friends and the builder who erected a 7-story building without permission, on a tower, we emphasize this unique case in the world, in front of Erion Veliaj's office, is called Armand Lilo, owner of the Arlis Construction company, who has benefited from preferential treatment repeatedly," Kelliçi said.
