On Thursday, November 2, the Operational Police forces arrested Elmir Tufa in Fushë-Kruje, who is accused of murdering Shkëlzen Kastrati on February 1, 2021.
Kastrati was executed at the roundabout at the entrance of Fier, as he was coming from this direction with his Mercedes Benz vehicle.
The perpetrators were chasing him in a Range Rover type vehicle and shot him with a gun.
