Asim Vokshi secret service agent? / The Supreme Court and the KED involved in

Top Channel today published a very serious piece of news, which directly accuses the President of the Supreme Court of lying, at the very least. Without going into the substance of whether or not there is a criminal offense.

Top Channel says that the head of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, has hidden the document received from law enforcement agencies regarding the member of the Supreme Court who was taken to the Constitutional Court, Asim Vokshi.

 

In fact, it is enough to read between the lines and every doubt arises that citizen Asim Vokshi may have been an associate of some foreign agency. And apparently, and by translating the reading of the report, Asim Vokshi has every chance of being accused as an associate of the UDB. This was reported through Albanian law enforcement agencies.

In fact, Asim Vokshi came from Kosovo to Albania and such accusations in legal circles have been numerous, but what stands out in this case is that it is law enforcement agencies that, according to Top Channel, have provided this official information.

At the head of the main national security agency, such as SHISH, is Vlora Hyseni, an Albanian from Kosovo. Therefore, the issue becomes even more serious.

If everything is true and the document and the actions of Sokol Sadushi exist, we are facing a very serious scandal. Because all the doubts that arise for the media, that arise for the citizens, are that we have a member recommended or elected by the KED to the Constitutional Court, who was an associate of the UDB.

 

The scandal involves Sokol Sadushi as the president of the Supreme Court and the KED, which appointed Asim Vokshi as a member of the Constitutional Court. Because the members of the KED, when they handled information regarding candidates for members of the Constitutional Court, received security certificates. After being provided with security certificates, they handled classified information and it has reached this stage.

So, in the KED everything and in the Top Channel news there is a slip, that the concealment is in front of the panel of 15 judges. No, there is a slip, it was exhausted the moment the KED members received security certificates, handled classified information and passed these names.

The 15 judges did not even enter the process of the image and ethics of the judge. The KED has exhausted it after opening the classified documents and all members of the KED were previously equipped with a security certificate.

This is a doubt at this point. And if it is not true, then Asim Vokshi must apologize to everyone, from the first to the last, including Top Channel, or even us who are performing on their behalf.

And moreover, during the election process, Sokol Sadushi gave Asim Vokshi the maximum score in ethics. In ethics. At the very least, he would fail in ethics and would not be elected as a member of the Constitutional Court.

Beyond the games of who loves Naureda Llagami, who loves Asim Vokshi. Because it seems clear that the opposition strongly supports Asim Vokshi. It seems clear that the majority probably loves Naureda Llagami. And it seems as if the two sides are clashing.

But in fact, the truth is that Sokol Sadushi, with any of the appointments he makes, has violated the law and is not on the verge of a scandal, but has exhausted a criminal offense, in case the document is discovered or it is verified by other structures that Asim Vokshi was an associate of UDB, as is alluded to or reported in the media./CNA
