Sokol Sadushi's Lëmshi with the mandates of the dome of the justice

In May 2020, Sokol Sadushi was appointed a member of the Supreme Court. With a 9-year mandate, Sadushi, since October 2023, also holds the position of President of the Supreme Court.

Sokol Sadushi is 63 years old today, but he is already thinking about what he will do when he turns 67. So on the day his mandate as a Member of the Supreme Court ends, Sokol Sadushi will be 67. At that age, he still has 3 years to reach retirement age.

There are many hypotheses according to which Sadushi is aiming for a mandate on the Constitutional Court.

For this to happen, legal criteria must remove the retirement age requirement of 70 for the Sadushi. This requirement is the same for both the member of the Constitutional Court and the member of the Supreme Court.

And Sadushi, on behalf of the Supreme Court, has also proposed removing the 70-year age limit in these two courts.

Whether Sadushi is blackmailing Prime Minister Rama with his need for immortality in the chair of justice or not, that is up to Rama to decide.

But the attack on the Constitutional Court for the "occupation" of the seats of that court by Sadushi's spokesmen or flatterers, in any case, has the appearance of Sokol Sadushi's private interests related to the system and not of the people's needs for justice.

For Sadushi's private needs, related to his influence in the system, he arranged for the resignation of a member whose mandate did not end in 2025. But the same was true of the mandates of Holta Zaçe and Sonila Bejta, but!

By justifying a provision that he himself had abolished when he mistakenly amended the Constitution, Sadushi exploited the vacancy created by the resignation of a vassal to justify the need for the renewal of the Court.

6 months after "Elsaaaa"'s resignation, Sokol Sadushi launched an attack against Holta Zaçe's mandate. The Constitutional Court was forced to convene and terminate Holta Zaçe's mandate.

Then Sadushi waited 3 months to start excavations for Sonila Bejta's mandate.

But at this point, he encountered the marble of the President's building, who, not following Sokol Sadushi's game, turned to the Constitutional Court itself with a request for a decision.

The Constitutional Court spent 10 months like "perfume" in underwear before considering the President's request. After having shortened Holta Zaçe's mandate, the other 'cowards' were forced to shorten their own mandates as well. Sadushi calmed each of them with career promises.

Thus, Sonila Bejta's mandate, according to the Constitutional Court's decision of October 2025, would have ended in April 2025. The President had made the request in January of this year. Bejta's mandate ended (according to them) in April, but they let her review the request in October.

These are our Constitutional Judges!

They know how to read the Constitution, but they only have a little problem understanding how to read the calendar.

Bejta, according to these October calendars, has her mandate ended in April 2025. Elsa Toska's mandate has been calculated to have ended in 2025, after Elsa had fled in an unknown direction. Holta Zaçaj continues to wait for a replacement, although according to the Constitution her mandate ended in March 2025.

For this chair, Sadushi falsified the official documents of the Constitutional Court, declaring Naureda Llagami the loser. In her place, he started Asim Vokshi, who after 3 years in office, also abandoned a 9-year mandate. Was he bored in the Supreme Court? Why did Asim Vokshi shorten his mandate in the Supreme Court by 6 years?

Ilir Toska's mandate according to the Constitution is expected to end in February 2028. This means that he will remain in office for 3 years less than the 9-year mandate. Toska ends with minus 3 years from his mandate. Xhaferllari, according to the Constitution, must leave office in October 2027, one year is removed from his mandate. Papajorgji, according to the Constitutional Court's decision, leaves office in December 2027. So minus 1 year from his mandate. Marjana Semini will end her term in January 2031, which means 11 months before the normal duration of her mandate, so minus 11 months. Ibrahimi, according to the Constitutional Court, will end his mandate in November 2030, so minus 11 months. Sandër Beci ends his mandate in 2028.

If we get to the bottom of it and make a calendar, then in the current Constitutional Court:

3 terms end in 2025, 2 terms in 2027, 2 terms in 2028, 1 term in 2030, 1 term in 2031.

This is the calendar recently approved by the Constitutional Court.

Currently, no term ends in 2029, when Sadushi's term on the Supreme Court ends.

But even the calendar changes! It depends on how you read it./ CNA
