"The courts can't take him to the office"/ Lawyer: Erion Veliaj has the Dajti Mountain on his back

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj commented today on the recent trials against Erion Veliaj, especially after the decision issued by the Constitutional Court.

Invited to A2 CNN, Gjokutaj stated that Veliaj cannot go to the office where the Municipality of Tirana is run, as he is facing charges of serious criminal offenses.

"The Prime Minister will come out of the authorship, he doesn't keep a ball in his feet. And he says that the Constitutional Court should take Erion Veliaj to office. The Constitutional Court does not take Erion Veliaj to office because he has the Dajti Mountain on his back. And the criminal case after which the security measure was taken mixes like oil with water with the dismissal issue", - said Gjokutaj. /CNA
