Arrest of wanted persons/Braho: SPAK does not have the operational capacities

SPAK leader Klodjan Braho said in today's hearing session at the Electoral Reform Commission that regarding electoral crimes, criminal prosecution operates at all times, not just during the election period.

Regarding decisions on these offenses, Braho said that they were made only in cases where the necessary evidence was provided.

Further, in his speech, Braho stated that regarding arrests, SPAK does not have the operational capacities to arrest wanted persons.

" What we are asking for is to make a difference. Criminal prosecution works all the time, not just during election periods."

"The decisions are based on those cases where evidence has been provided. As for arrests, SPAK does not have the operational capacity to arrest wanted persons. We cannot say whether it is intentional or due to impossibility, but the result is obvious ," said Braho.
