The head of the "Emmar" company, Mohamed Alabbar, stated that the prices of the residences that will be built in the project of the new Port of Durrës, will be adjusted to the level of Albania.

In an exclusive interview for "Euronews Albania", Alabbar stated that there will be a price variation and added that Albanians will remain satisfied with the service.

"We are in Albania, so the prices will be adapted to Albania. There will be a difference between those residences or spaces that look at the sea or the marina and it also depends on the quality.

There will be a price variation, but still staying at the level of Albania. The service we will offer will bring satisfaction to Albanians. We will try to stay within the level of Albania for the price work. We have been studying the market for several years," he said.

Alabbar emphasized that only a part of the residences will be sold, while the shops will be owned by the company, to maintain the quality of services.

Yesterday, the Memorandum of Cooperation for the construction of the tourist port of Durres was signed.

The investment of 2 billion dollars is a collaboration between "Eagle Hills Real Estate Development" Sh.pk, represented by the world-famous investor and developer Muhammed El Alabbar and "Albanian Seaports Development Company".
