The Transparency Board has published the new fuel prices. Oil was 216 Lek per liter, while from today it will be sold at 221 Lek, gasoline 202 Lek and gas 80 Lek.

As a result, the prices set are:

The retail price of the gasoil by-product of the SSH EN 590 standard should be no more than 221 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 209 ALL/liter.

The retail price of the SSH EN standard gasoline by-product should be no more than 202 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 190 ALL/liter.

Çmimi i shitjes me pakicë i nënproduktit gaz, të jetë 80 lekë/litri me pakicë dhe i shitjes me shumicë 68 lekë/litër për automjetet.

( Shënim: çmimi i shitjes për gazin e lëngshëm të automjeteve do të jetë çmimi i furnizimit në stacionet e furnizimit në pikat e karburanteve, ndërkohë që në pikat e tjera për konsumatorët familjarë dhe industrial çmimi nuk duhet të përfshijë akcizën).

Çmimet e caktuara nga Bordi do të hyjnë në fuqi sot datë 11 Gusht ora 18.00 p.m dhe do të jenë të vlefshme deri në mbledhjen e ardhshme të bordit, ku do të pasqyrohen ndryshimet e çmimeve të shitjes. Bordi i transparencës që në fillim i është përmbajtur me përpikëmëri, në vendimet e tij  lëvizjes së bursës Platts të Mesdheut për gazoilin,benzinën, si dhe faturave zyrtare të operatoreve.  Ministira e Financës ndjen detyrimin të sqarojë opinionin publik, se jo çdo lëvizje e bursës së naftës bruto reflektohet në të njëjtën kohë dhe në të njejtën masë në bursën e gazoilit dhe benzinës.

Theksojmë se Bordi nuk cakton çmimet e naftës Bruto, por të gazoilit, benzinës dhe gazit të lëngshëm sipas standardeve të përcaktuara në Aktin Normativ. Bordi ka caktuar vetëm marzhet bruto maksimale për shitjen me shumicë dhe pakicë, me të cilat operatorët duhet të mbulojnë të gjitha shpenzimet operative. Pra, vendimet që merr bordi dhe ndryshimi i çmimeve të shitjes lidhen vetëm me ndryshimet  në bursën Platts të Mesdheut për gazoilin dhe benzinën, pra jo të bursës së naftës bruto, si dhe lëvizjeve të kursit të dollarit.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy is committed to protecting the interests of consumers and maintaining the principles of fair competition in the market. The situation we are going through is not usual, so the decisions we make come as a response to the developments of the local economy, but also to the movements of international markets.

We draw the attention of every wholesale and retail operator of oil by-products on the obligation to implement this decision. ????In case of violations found by different operators, the suspension of the activity will be imposed. We are constantly monitoring the progress of the stock exchanges, with the aim of responding as quickly as possible.
