Ndërtimi mund të nisë për 2 muaj ose 3 maksimumi. Kjo ishte deklarata e themeluesit të “Emaar Properties” Mohamed Alabbar për Euronews Albania.

Ai tha se gjatë punës po përmirësojnë vazhdimisht detaje dhe për këtë arsye kostoja fillestare e projektit që parashikohej në 2 miliardë dollarë ose euro mund të rritet.

Sipas Alabbar porti turistik i Durrësit do të ofrojë mundësi argëtimi dhe do të ketë hapësirë për çdo kërkesë të klientëve.

Ai shtoi gjithashtu çmimet do të jenë të përshtatshme për nivelin ekonomik të Shqipërisë.

Dje është nënshkruar Memorandum i Bashkëpunimit për ndërtimin e portit turistik të Durrësit.

Investimi prej 2 mld dollarësh është një bashkëpunim midis “Eagle Hills Real Estate Development” shpk, përfaqësuar nga investitori e zhvilluesi me famë botërore Muhammed El Alabbar dhe “Albanian Seaports Development Company”.
