The former director of the Durrës Cadastre, Rajmonda Dashi, testified at the GJKKO regarding the accusations that she helped the Ramaj brothers to launder money.

She declared in the GJKKO that she did not commit any violation in her duty.

According to SPAK, the former official helped the two brothers Besian and Leonard Rama arrested in Belgium for money laundering.

Dashi has stated that she knows one of the brothers, namely Besjani, with whom she had an intimate relationship, and even has a son whose paternity he did not recognize.

Despite her statement, the court upheld the "house arrest" measure. The measure was opposed by the lawyers, who asked for another measure taking into account its conditions.

SPAK has discovered that Rajmonda Dashi together with Ardian Malasi, who have already been arrested, are suspected of having helped the two brothers Besian and Leonard Rama to clean the money that has as a source the activity of drug trafficking.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has ordered the seizure of assets:

12 apartments in Fier

4 apartments in Tirana 

3 garages in Tirana

27 bank accounts

1 trading company

2 vehicles/ CNA
