Accused of terrorism/ The court sentences the Iranian to prison

The court has sentenced the Iranian accused of terrorism, Bijan Polagrad, to 15 years in prison.

Due to the shortened trial, this sentence is reduced to 10 years.

Polagrad is accused of a number of criminal offenses such as "Terrorist Organization", "Offences with Terrorist goals", "Participation in military actions in a foreign country" and "Organization for participation in military actions in a foreign country".

He is suspected of being a member of the Mujahideen and a resident of the camp in Manez for some time.

Polagrad acted as an infiltrator among the Mujahideen sheltered in Albania, and in the meantime it is suspected that he was planning a terrorist attack.

Bijan Polagrad's conversations and messages with people who live in Iran and who are suspected of being part of the Revolutionary Guard in this country were discovered./ BA - CNA.al
