The former director of Rama before the black squads in GJKKO/ The three

The former director of ARRSH, Sonila Qato, has today started the confrontation with the black squads at GJKKO, where the preliminary hearing is taking place.

In this session, the Court will be familiar with the SPAK accusations brought against Qato and the collected evidence, in order to further decide whether the case will go to trial or not.

Sonila Qato is suspected of abusing her duties regarding the Kardhiq-Delvina road axis, for the 7th lot of the Kardhiq-Delvina road worth almost 60 million euros.

SPAK has filed three charges against Qato. For the criminal offense of "abuse of duty", "violation of equality in tenders", "forgery of documents" and "passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".

In addition to Qato, the defendants are Elona Gogo, Simon Prendi, Arbër Troka, Ariana Hasani, Erdit Salillari and Almir Hoxhaj.

Nikollaq Mihali, Miranda Shkurti and Admir Pahumi are at large in the investigation. /CNA.al
