The election of the head of SPAK has turned into a debate in the last few days, where there is talk of the preferred candidates of the American Embassy and the preferred candidates of the Government.

Analyst Lorenc Vangjeli reads this situation as evidence of commitment in this process by both the Government and Ambassador Yuri Kim.

In the MCN Live studio, he said that any of the KLP members can lead SPAK.

According to him, politics is the primary client of this body.

“Duke folur për procesin që në fund të verës ky është një zhvillim i pritshëm dhe që ka pasur debate larg syrit të publikut, fillimisht ishte ideja e një zgjidhje kompromisi, kjo deri në momentin kur u bënë publike dhe tre emrat e kandidatëve kryesor për kreun e ri të SPAK. Nga deklarata duket sikur është një proces i zakonshëm, por në Tiranë asnjëherë nuk është ashtu si duket. Duket sikur deklaratat janë krijuar nga dy palët, qeverisja dhe ambasadorja, asnjëra palë s’ka përmendur emra apo referenca, por të dyja palët dëshmojnë angazhimin në proces. Secili nga anëtarët e trupës së KLP mund të bëjë drejtuesin e SPAK-ut”, ka thënë Vangjeli.

Për Vangjelin, problemi kryesor i SPAK-ut është ballafaqimi me pritshmëritë e larta që ka publiku ndaj tij.
