Kështu është shprehur Ministri i Drejtësisë Ulsi Manja, i cili në një deklaratë publike, ka thënë se janë në fazën e vlerësimit.

“Jemi në fazën e vlerësimit. Do të kemi një amnisti, por për këtë vit, Parlamenti një ose dy seanca ka”, ka thënë Manja./CNA.al
