Accusations of tax evasion and ties to the government/Luca responds to Sokos: A

Entrepreneur Gjergj Luca, through a post on social networks, has responded to the accusations raised by Nisma Thurje member Pano Soko, where the latter raised charges of tax evasion, tax avoidance and other benefits because entrepreneur Luca and Samir Mane have connections to the prime minister.

Accusations of tax evasion and ties to the government/Luca responds to Sokos: A

" You don't pay taxes, the customer pays the taxes because you put it in the price on the invoice. The customer pays one by one, you simply transport the tax money from the customer who pays it to the state. But, it's not your money because you don't take it from home, but the customer gives it to you, so you don't pay taxes. This is the first, now the second...

The government has five or six thousand workers, it's in big trouble. Let them get rid of it because they have to save a lot of money from their salaries and we'll see if it's the workers who support the businessman or it's the businessman who supports the workers because if the businessman doesn't come to work, the business doesn't feel good at all, but if the workers don't work even for an hour, the business is shut down. You guys have a rooster because I know what kind of businessmen you are.
A businessman is someone who gets on the backs of all the taxi drivers in the republic up and down, left and right, and when the time comes, he gets away with it. What about you? Even the traffic police can't give you a fine, what kind of businessmen are you?
You who flatter the prime minister and who don't let smuggling evasion go unpunished, tenders and concessions, building permits, public property without getting it, and drug money without putting it into business. In a normal state with rules and laws and fair competition, I wouldn't even be looking at you. "And you wouldn't be walking the red carpet, I assure you of that, who knows where you would be ," Soko said in his post.

Accusations of tax evasion and ties to the government/Luca responds to Sokos: A

The founder of "Rozafa Fish City" has responded word for word to the claims of Sokos, who as Luca calls him is a young but aging economist, clarifying with pencil and paper the accusations leveled against him and businessman Samir Mane, challenging him to a showdown at SPAK.

"A forced rebuke to the young but aging politician and economist Pano Soko, the slanderer who slanders without knowledge or faith at the expense of our work. I challenge you Pano, let's publicly debate my work in front of students at the university, in front of journalists in the media, in front of prosecutors at SPAK!"

I saw that you were very concerned about my appearance with the legend and the greatest man in Albanian business, Samir Manen. But why are you so concerned? Apparently you don't want to see us be allies with each other in business.

First: We not only pay taxes, but Albania was built with my taxes and our taxes.

Albania has been in pieces and we, with our ideas, our work, our dedication and our taxes, have built this country. Even Pano's salary comes from our taxes.

It doesn't befit a young man to be against capital. We pay 15% profit tax, we pay 7% dividend, we pay over 20% difference between purchase and sale, while you talk about that VAT that is a commodity. We buy it, unload it at Customs and write it on the invoice

Second: How can you get rid of the 5000-6000 workers? Are you going to lead us to communism? We have chosen to be in capitalism.

Samir and I, who you don't like, will lay off the workers and you will pay them with words, with air. Pano, people will get bored with you because you are also competing in elections.

Third: The Prime Minister motivates us to work, we don't bow down to the Prime Minister, it's the opposite, the Prime Minister comes and asks us if we have any ideas and opens a job for us.

The Prime Minister asks us to create jobs so that this country can be developed. I have decided to join the Prime Minister's dream, not to create a party. We are all in support of that man, because we see that he is an idealist and does not talk nonsense.

Fourth: If all of this is about me, that I have committed tax evasion, that I have done evil things with PPP, that I do not know what PPP is, that I am a strategic investor, these are also lies, that I deal in drugs.

If my family had no bread and if I had no idea, I would deal with drugs and not let my family suffer, I would choose to do dangerous work before my mouth, but I didn't need to, because I had endless opportunities.

I had received endless building permits, but I hadn't dealt with building permits and tenders, and Samir's profession is construction, and someone has to build this place.

We should thank Samir Manes because today is the world of Samir Manes and Trump.

"The world was being destroyed because it was dealing with theorists like yours and forgot that we fought to abolish communism and emerge into capitalism where the individual must be strong to transform the world," the entrepreneur said in his reaction./ CNA
