The Police Supervision Agency has revealed the truth regarding the serious incident where police officer AS was thrown from the building.

AMP has denied all rumors circulating in the media regarding pressure or blackmail against the police officer.

From the written statement administered by the Police Supervision Agency, Police officer AS does not raise any claim regarding the exercise of illegal influence, or any other form of pressure, blackmail during the performance of his duty and because of it.

As a result, AMP uncovers the truth about the incident, excluding the possibility that the act committed by the officer himself was related to pressure or blackmail due to duty.

"Given the interest of some media outlets, the Police Supervision Agency, and taking as a trigger the news published in the media and social networks, regarding the incident of Police officer AS, at the Tirana Traffic Police Station, the structures of the Tirana Police Supervision Agency, despite not having administered an official complaint or claim, carried out the necessary verifications to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Thus, as part of the verification actions, from the moment of receiving information, the leaders of the Tirana AMP have appeared at the Trauma Hospital, to inquire about the health of the Police employee, but also to administer any possible claims, due to duty.
