The scandal is revealed/ Why “Top media” attacks the Director of Taxes and the Ministry of Finance

The media group ?Top Media?, administered by Vjollca Hoxha, seems to have returned to the service of personal interests and the rosy stories of the latter. Institutions and businesses are attacked from time to time, precisely because of the rosy stories of the main shareholder of ?Top Channel?.

A day ago, CNA.al reported that two of the companies owned by Shpresim Bajraktari, Vjollca Hoxha?s boyfriend, are on the verge of bankruptcy. The companies, Dillon Group with identification number L52311004B and Speed Taxi ?Five Stars? with identification number L12017019T, are debtors in a dizzying amount to the Tax Directorate.

The accumulated debt of Shpresim Bajraktari?s businesses to the tax authorities amounts to about 1 billion Lek ose 1 milion dollars. This situation is suspected to be being used to attack the leaders of tax institutions. The Director of Taxes, Ceno Klosi, has been attacked by Vjollca Hoxha?s media.

But prey to the attacks fell also the Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj. And these attacks started exactly at the moment when the companies of Shpresim Bajraktari, Vjollca Hoxha?s boyfriend, were blocked. In the following days, we will make public documents that prove the blocking of Shpresim Bajraktari?s companies.

Today we are mentioning the attacks that were carried out against the Director of Taxes Ceno Klosi and the Minister of Finance Delina Ibrahimaj. Klosi has been accused by the ?Shqip? newspaper of intrigue in the directorate he leads.

?It took a few weeks for director Klosi to be involved in the intrigues and the internal struggle for positions in this institution. This war is causing great costs in the proper functioning of the entire structure?- writes in its article the online newspaper.

?Ceno Klosi, the director of Taxes who left with a warning for dismissal from OSHEE for violation of the law?- is another article in ?Shqip?, which states that the report of the Supreme State Audit, reflects a series violations of Ceno Klosi, from the lack of procedures and deadlines for monitoring the expiration of payable, to delays in registration and declaration of invoices in the tax system.

Further, ?Shqip? accused Ceno Klosi in connection with the salary publication scandal. She has also demanded the resignation of Ceno Klosi. But constant attacks by Vjollca Hoxha?s media have also been made against the Minister of Finance, Delina Ibrahimaj.

The latter is classified as failed by the ?Shqip?, through the article ?100 failed days of the Minister of Finance?. According to the newspaper, Ibrahimaj has failed to realize the income from insurance, when he was in charge of the Tax Directorate.

All these attacks are suspected to occur because Vjollca Hoxha?s boyfriend didn?t pay taxes. ?Top media? is put in defense of Vjollca Hoxha?s boyfriend and is being used as a ?weapon of war? and blackmail against tax institutions./CNA.al
