Exclusive - Strong accusations by the businessman/ Defamation, threats and blackmail of justice for the rosy stories of Vjollca Hoxha

For some time now, one of the largest media in the country, Top Channel, but also other media of ?Top Media?, have launched an unprecedented attack on one of the businessmen in the country.

Businessman Arben Reli has been aggressively attacked by Top Channel, by Vjollca Hoxha, as he himself says, for personal interests and pink stories of Vjollca Hoxha.

In an interview for CNA.al, Arben Reli has shown that the beginning of the attacks of Top Media against him, is the connection of Vjollca Hoxha with Shpresim Bajraktari. According to him, one of the main media, a national television, instead of informing is misinforming

the public.

Reli states that there have been threats not only to him and his family, but also to his staff. ?Media pressure on me started first through the newspaper ?Shqip?, and after with the investigative show ?Fiks Fare?. Every documentation or investment of mine has been made in the eyes of the whole of Korça or even of all of Albania. Everything has been declared or followed according to legal procedures. But it is enough to use a media, which once aimed to enlighten the Albanian people, to rob a private property.

The personal connections that Sefedin Bajraktari?s two children have (Shpresim and Ervis Bajraktari) turned this media into a weapon to blackmail the institutions, to blackmail prosecutors, judges or even the police of this state, which was afraid to react as it defines by the law.

Institutions have not reacted even when I and my children have been threatened by these individuals. I publicly call on the Korça police to react. I have deposited documents, denunciations or even videos, where my life or that of my children is threatened.

The police say that there is no conflict, when in fact there was?- said Arben Reli.

He further stressed that what only justice requires from state institutions. ?I publicly demand justice. I demand the legal right to protect my life, my family and my property. The law is the law, and it will be an army of lawyers, who if not today tomorrow will bring out the truth, or punish those who have distorted it.

The property there is and will always be there forever. And no employee of the scientific police or director of the institution can undo it! Anyone who breaks the law will face justice.

I will not allow fining media or certain individuals to violate and smear my figure or sweat!

I appeal to anyone to open the documents, and not to decide on writings or pressures of pseudo-portals or individuals, and to decide on the right that belongs to everyone!?– declared Arben Reli for CNA.al.

Moreover, the businessman claims that exponents of Top Channel have called prosecutors and judges to put pressure on them.

According to him, he was initially attacked by ?Fiks Fare? for a forgery, while according to him, Top Media shamefully played the role of a Prosecutor.

?Initially, I am accused by Fiks Fare of forging documents in 2020, for a notarized statement signed in 2011. Strangely, Sefedin Bajraktari remembered after almost 10 years saying that it is ?forged?. Surprisingly, although these facts were deposited as well as other facts proving that Sefedin Bajraktari has the habit of cheating or robbing partners, turned out a prosecutor that accepted the lawsuit and appointed two experts to verify the authenticity of the firm. And the latter within a short time came to the conclusion that it was forged.

But justice delays, but never forget! The documentation was analyzed by 5 experts, state or private appointed by the Prosecution who said that the statement is signed by Sefedin Bajraktari. And Judge Bedri Qorri decided to accept that notarial statement.

Therefore, during the month of February, the newspaper ?Shqip? has made 10 articles where it attacks and puts pressure on Judge Qorri, or make allusions and slander the experts. Just as they put pressure on the judge who has the case on Appeal. The Media Department of the Court of Appeals of Tirana finally reacted to these blackmails, where it publicly admitted, and asked for help because the judges are being blackmailed! ?- said Arben Reli./ CNA.al
